At Red School we coined the phrase 'bleed on it' as the remedy for just about any of life's challenges - be it a problem you are tussling with, a decision you need to make or a 'what the heck is my life about?' question you are trying to answer.<\/p>
Menstruation is the ultimate time for resetting your body, heart and mind. Much like a good nights sleep - but better. Yes better! If you can rest at menstruation, take your foot off the metaphorical peddle, let your mind have some day dreaming time and so on... you'll find that clarity, wisdom and purpose come filtering into your awareness.<\/p>
At Red School we recommend planning for a 'Big Bleed' - a one-off actual retreat away from the world (it can take just about any form, whatever your idea of bliss looks like). Because let's face it, really dropping your bundle in the midst of your every day life is not so easy.<\/p>
So go ahead. Try it. Give yourself a 'Big Bleed' and bleed on whatever is nagging at you. Then get yourself the T-SHIRT! (or the tote bag or the big smile that is a natural by product of connecting with the brilliance of your menstrual cycle)<\/p>
